The item you see is a pair of real taxidermied raccoons in a handcrafted birch bark canoe. The canoe paddles are made from sassafras.
This canoe is 36" long and 16" wide.
If being placed on a mantle i'd reccomend about 14" wide. This weighs around 15 pounds and does rely on the canoe paddle for balance.
The item pictured was created in our taxidermy studio this year.
